This warning and advertisement says a lot:
We had a case referred to us by an attorney along the Jersey Shore. The potential clients were rightfully furious that the claim was delayed and then wrongfully denied. Unfortunately, they did not call an attorney after the denial, and even with equitable tolling they should have filed a lawsuit no later than January 2014.
They were mad, upset, and rolling in their graves. We could have helped them make a recovery – but they waited too long!
